1. Who we are

This policy explains how the operator of Saga (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit this website.

2. Scope

It covers this marketing website, sagarpg.io, and the waitlist. It does not describe the future product app except where the same processors are used.

3. What we collect and why

Waitlist email

If you join the waitlist we collect your email so we can send early-access and launch notifications. The legal basis is consent. The processor is Resend. We keep the address until launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Analytics

We use PostHog (EU-hosted, Frankfurt) to understand how the site is used. This may include page views, referrer, browser and device information, approximate location from IP, and cookie or local-storage identifiers. The legal basis is legitimate interest, and consent where required. You can opt out through browser settings, the consent control where shown, or by emailing us.

Technical logs

Vercel, our host, records IP addresses and request logs for security and reliability. Retention is short.

4. Cookies

ph_* — PostHog analytics, up to 1 year.
saga_region and saga_consent — strictly necessary, only when the consent control is enabled.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the site: Vercel Inc., Resend Inc., and PostHog Inc. (EU). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if legally required.

6. International transfers

Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard where applicable.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Email saga3@runbox.com to exercise these rights.
