1. Acceptance

By using this website or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. By using the service you confirm your age.

3. The service

Saga is offered as preview and early access. Features may change or be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee availability or access.

4. AI-generated content

Outputs are fictional. They may be inaccurate, offensive, or disturbing. They are not advice of any kind. We do not endorse them. You decide what to prompt and how to use what comes back.

5. Your content

You keep your rights in what you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service. You warrant that you have the rights to submit it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Saga for illegal content, sexual content involving minors in any form, harassment or doxxing, intellectual-property infringement, or abuse, scraping, or reverse engineering of the service.

7. Credits

Credits are virtual, have no cash value, are non-transferable, may be changed or expire, and are not refundable except where law requires.

8. Our intellectual property

The Saga name, site, and software are ours. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

9. Third-party services

The product may call AI providers named on the site. Their terms also apply to their services.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months or EUR 50.
